The Fairytale portal came into operation in summer, 2007, by inviting socially active and creative people to dedicate their voice and time for recording of fairytales which are accessible and downloadable free of charge at portal’s homepage. The invitation was met by unexpected support, and recording of the fairytales continues. The authors of the project „Ideju Forums” intend to promote reading and listening amongst children and teenagers by motivating an interest in reading books. There are various formats of literature accessible in the portal – digital text, audio version, various visual formats.
